Focus is the difference between a good therapist and a great therapist.

The process of becoming a couples and family therapist is challenging. We start out trying to emulate The Greats, only to stall out and realize our sessions feel chaotic and we can’t find ourselves in the room. You have the nudging sense that you could be working cleaner and with more attunement - but how? I can help you find your voice and develop a plan to work through even the toughest moments in therapy.
